About Sandra
Sandra has a strong academic background in Clinical Psychology from the University of the Americas, Mexico, and more than thirteen years of experience in the field working with couples, families and in individual counselling.
She is specialized in Family and Couples Counselling, Grief Counselling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Emotional Intelligence, Cooperative Learning and Floral Therapy. She also has experience in different areas such as group management, working with HIV patients, workshops for parents, depression, and psychological support for couples with fertility problems as well as for the LGBTQ+ community; human resources and pedagogy. Sandra has extensive experience working with international companies in the area of business, translation and marketing.
She currently provides online and face-to-face counselling, in addition to giving advice on paternity, sexuality, self-help, psychology, relationships, grief counselling and vocational guidance via the Internet.
Her passions are learning new things, psychology and the understanding of the human being within different cultures and spheres.
Originally from Sonora, Mexico, Sandra has lived both in the United States and in the United Kingdom, experiences that have helped her grow and understand intercultural exchanges and the situations that these relationships entail. She currently lives in Aguascalientes, Mexico with her family, where she enjoys traveling, getting together with friends, and creating new projects.
